Opened by John Fisher in May 2000, the
Fisher Studio & Gallery is in the pretty coastal fishing village
of Pittenweem, Fife. We are now in our 15th year of
showing work by a diverse range of contemporary painters and applied
most of whom live and work in Scotland. The majority of of our exhibiting
artists are well established and keenly collected. The Gallery
also promotes work by talented new graduates.
Exhibitions feature work by the resident artist Jan
Fisher with paintings and drawings of the Scottish seaboard and
hinterland. She works in oils, watercolours, pencil
and acrylic media.
The Fisher Gallery publishes reproductions of paintings, including
views and landscapes by Jan and Anna Fisher,
as framed and un-framed limited edition high quality giclee
prints. These are available only in the Fisher Gallery, or (unframed) from the
website (See Print Pages).
The current exhibition ends on
27 July. See Exhibition
pages for exhibiting artists.
