| The Fisher Studio & Gallery has a changing
exhibition, showing work by contemporary artists
working in two and three dimensions. The gallery shows well-established artists and
promising young graduates having a diversity of styles and media.
The new season of Exhibitions opens on SATURDAY MARCH 27th
with six painters, three of whom regular visitors will recognise,
Sheila Mitchell whose work is evolving into pure abstraction, Jennifer
Pettigrew with some recent still life work, and Jan Fisher with sea
and landscape paintings. New to the gallery are Bruce Shaw, a recent
graduate at Duncan of Jordoneston, with detailed pen and pencil
drawings, Keith Salmon, this year's winner of the Jolomo award, and
Fiona Macleod,s textural paintings inspired by the coastline.
Some new images have been added to
the portfolio of giclee prints.
